Twisting or spirality: Problems.

Reason:

Usually if there is a variation of the tension of the fabric during weaving or weaving, then after dyeing some of the shape of the fabric changes or it is dimensional deformation, it causes squeezing in the middle of the fabric. This problem of clothes is called twisting!

Tolerance:
There is a buyer tolerance for this, in this case the buyer approves the fabric if the twisting is below 5%. Not acceptable above 5%. Fake

Here is some information:

1. Usually it is a physical test.

2. Shrinkage and Spirility / Twisting are tested together.

3. The fabric is tested in two steps during finishing. Testing is done first after stenting and secondly after compacting the fabric.

4. Usually the result of the stenter fails but after compacting it becomes OK.

5. Usually slab fabric, and low GSM. This problem is more common in its clothes. Heavy GSM's fabric does not have this tendency.

6. This is mainly due to the fabric department, because their correct count selection and parameters are not the main reason for twisting.

7. See Buyer Garments' After Was Twisting / Sparility.

8. It is difficult to rectify the twisting of the cut panel because they cut the fabric to make sure that there is twisting before cutting the garments.

9. If you are a dyeing person, you can catch the fabric department for the problem of twisting because it is basically a mechanical fault. If the knitting parameters are not correct, then twisting will be a problem. For example, each GSM fabric has a different standard stitch length and count and if it is wrong to select, twisting or spirality will occur.

10. If the yarn quality is bad, twisting in this cloth will be thick and thin.

11. When submitting the sample to the buyer, steam iron and fold the sample, that is, you can steam iron the fabric well.

12. Remember that the construction of the fabric should not be too loose or too tight.

13. When cutting garments, care should be taken to ensure that the alignment of the ply of the fabric is correct, as the alignment of the slab fabric is not correct.
